If your stool arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Please reach out to us at hello@tryloui.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

We ship all orders Monday to Friday, excluding long weekends. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way. All packages ship from Vancouver, Canada.
